IWFL welcomes Texas Elite
Austin, Texas – The Independent Women's Football League is pleased to announce that Odessa Jenkins, representing the Texas Elite, has been awarded a team membership for the 2018 season.
The Elite will play an exciting regular season schedule against teams from Texas and Oklahoma.
"We are very excited to be joining the IWFL. Texas women’s football is at its pinnacle and we are excited to add to the strength of the division as well as the league. The future of this game has never been brighter, and we believe that the IWFL has the leadership and drive to ensure that we all leave this game better than we found it.” stated Elite team co-owner Odessa Jenkins.
